Militant caught along with his family in Kashmir's Doda District

The Jammu and Kashmir Cops caught one militant along with his family in Doda region.
Arshad Hussain, who was caught on Friday, belonged to Hizbul Mujahideen and had surpassed LoC (Line of Control) two decades back.

He was coming returning to his home in Doda region under the condition national Come returning and Recovery Plan.
Reportedly, Hussain went losing in beginning 90's and had surpassed over to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) and took hands coaching under Hizbul Mujahideen (HM).
Mohammed Sharif Chouhan, Superintendent of Police(SP) of Doda said the 43-year-old militant select to send returning from unlawful path through Nepal, pushing the Native indian govt to police arrest him.
"As per our information, Arshad Hussain had surpassed LoC in beginning 90's and he has came returning with his spouse and three children, two children and one son. He surpassed the Nepal boundary to get into Native indian, so the situation will be registered in identical way to those that is registered against unlawful immigration. The situation has been registered in that regard only. The research is going on," he said.
Hussain was coming returning along with spouse Sumaira (36), his two children Mehrookh (10), Adeeba (6) and four-year-old son Mohammed Ahmed.
According to Jammu and Kashmir national Come returning and Recovery Plan, ex-militants who surpassed over to PoK or Pakistan to get hands coaching from enemy ideologies in 90's but have now shunned assault, can go returning to the popular if they give up before Military or police in the area.
Jammu and Kashmir govt, along with intellect and protection organizations, then provides out a criminal history examine before assisting in exchange.
Chouhan included that there are many ex-militants who have been looking for rehabilitation under national policy and their programs are under procedure.
"As per our information, 142 youths are in the losing record. Family members of 19 of them have given programs for looking for rehabilitation policy of the local govt and for enabling them to send returning to their own nation. We have sent those programs to our greater workplace and those programs have been prepared. Three individuals have came returning to us, though not under that policy," he said.
